Specialized Nursing Care is available at anytime.

Sunday Nursing Care will be provided by a doctor or Certified Technician on call. $38.00 per day

for specialized nursing care or special medical needs or attention.

SCHEDULE YOUR HOLIDAY AND SCHOOL BREAK RESERVATIONS BECAUSE 

OUR LIMITED SPACE FILLS FAST.  WE REQUIRE A 4-DAY NONREFUNDABLE DEPOSIT. 

REGULAR BOARDING FEES APPLY Monday-Saturday. $40 charge on Sunday for boarding

scheduled at anytime except the holidays and school breaks.

Boarding during the times listed above is $25.00 per day for canine

friends and $15.00 per day for feline friends.

We will offer boarding to our clients during normal holidays and local school breaks. This includes the week before and the week after. There is a 4-day required minimum stay during a holiday or school break period. We require you to pay in full for your boarding dates at the time you sign the nonrefund policy.  Because of the new credit card laws, we cannot take credit cards over the phone. We have limited space. Although we understand plans change, we also have saved this space for you and have turned other potential boarders away.  Plan wisely before making your boarding reservation.

We do not want you to feel like there are any surprises when you cannot receive a refund.

Holidays and school breaks include:

 New Year, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day plus Spring and fall public school (Mesa, Gilbert, Chandler, Queen Creek, Tempe) K-12th school breaks.

$25.00 per day for canine and $15 per day for feline Monday-Saturday. We charge $40 for Sunday boarding

Boarding on Sunday during the holiday and school breaks

is $25.00 per day canine and $15.00 per day feline. 

All boarding is paid in advance and we have a strict REFUND POLICY.

Please be sure your plans won't change. 

We do not recommend specific pet sitters or boarding facilities.

Do not board your pet at any facility that doesn't offer to give you a tour of the entire facility.

Take time to interview anyone that you allow in your home. They should be bonded and have references.

Notify us when you are away and your pet is in the care of others.

If your pet becomes ill, we can help make sure your pet's medical needs are addressed.

Instruct anyone taking care of your pet to bring your pet to us if there is a medical emergency.

We will attempt to contact you when you are on vacation to see how you want to proceed in any

health care concerns your pet may be experiencing. We will make a note in our

computer who is authorized to make medical decisions for your pet while you are away.

We are an animal hospital first. This is our primary concern.  

We have elected to limit boarding availability for our clients.

Reservations are still required. Boarding space is reserved for ONLY our clients who have utilized

the services of Caring Hearts for more than one year. All pets must be current on their required exam

and all vaccinations. Home vaccinations are not considered current. Bordetella is given every 6 months

to provide maximum protection from kennel cough.

WHEN BOARDING, YOUR PET IS IN AIR CONDITIONING.

Canine friends receive a minimum of two walks a day

Plus, if time allows, a lunchtime outing is provided in our spacious backyard.

Outside walks are always individual playtime so there is no need to charge our clients for playtime.

Fresh water and bedding changes are done as needed through out the day

There is no extra charge for food from home unless there is special prep involved.

Pets need to be free of parasites.

Parasite treatment will only be required if indicated.

Please check your pet for fleas and ticks before arriving at the clinic.

Feline friends receive the following a minimum of twice a day

Fresh water & food, lots of touches and strokes

Clean litter boxes and bedding as needed throughout the day.
