We are always interested in feedback from clients and welcome any comments, concerns or questions you may have regarding pet care that you have received at Caring Hearts. If you have a pet medical emergency during our clinic hours we accept walk-ins. Please do not use e-mail to contact us regarding emergency concerns. Call us at 480-545-8921. We are not able to diagnose, recommend treatment, or provide medical care for your pet by e-mail or phone. We do not have internet access at the clinic if you e-mail a question, the Schleappe's will be happy to respond. The response time may be delayed. Feel free to call us with your questions or concerns.

 Hospital tours are available between the hours of 9 am-5:30 pm Monday through Saturday.  Your leashed pet is welcome to join you and you do not need to make an appointment for a tour. Please allow 30 minutes for your tour.
